"only three stars, all in order. only the problem that they always flee from the supplies. strange, how a million Doller franchise runs from deliveries. Moreover, taco bell was released from the Mexican pizza, which was one of the reasons why I went there beside the tacos. taco bell franchise has really gone down the hill, asking themselves why, they were a power house earlier. sad to see that one of the favorite franchises run out of the stocks such a good menu. hopefully they bring back the Mexican pizza."

"I wouldn't even give this location 1 star. It deserves 0. I literally bought food for myself and children. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and I didn't even receive what I asked for. When I called taco bell on Alma School and Warner to speak with the manager and explained how I received the burrito all she said was sorry and I asked for a replacement and the manager literally laughed and said just because it isn't folded correctly and I said no that's not the reason but the manager was so unprofessional. So disappointed with this location and I'd never returned to this location.Shout out to Taco bell on Cooper and Warner for replacing my burrito without a hesitation and for being so understanding."

"I live in the area and visit this location quite often, generally through drive thru and mobile order.I do not know why this lobby is constantly closed during their regular business hours?They are frequently getting things wrong in the order such as not putting the crunchy tostada in the crunchwrap supreme."

"There to pick up 2 UberEats orders. Line is slammed with drive thru and orders aren 't ready. I could here the people on the line say where is everyone else who is supposed to be on the line? The manager was sitting at a table in the dining room on an iPad instead of helping get the line caught up. Apparently Taco Bell has high standards for their managers. Took over 5 minutes for 2 orders to be finished when they should have been ready for pick up. The manager didn 't once look up from the iPad. Then I get to my car and realized they forgot a drink with an order. I went back in and the lady at the register said they didn 't tell me there was a drink when she 's the one who looked up the order in the first place and she 's pretty much standing there doing nothing the whole time. For having over 5 people working there it feels like there 's only one. This place is falling apart. The only good thing I have to say is that the two guys on the line were working their butts off"

"Worst Taco Bell in the springs. Let me start this off my saying I am a very patient and understanding person when it comes to food establishments, I've worked the rainbow of them. I worked at Taco Bell, which made this ten times more disappointing. My friends and I went to Taco Bell last night, the car in front of us drove off after waiting 20 mins for the car in front of them to be helped. We waited ten more minutes before finally reaching the speaker to be told that they would be right with us. After 20 minutes I started to get mad and tell my friends how I worked at Taco Bell and how it should never take this long, and how this is the worst customer service I've ever had. The lady finally answered the headset to tell us to leave because her listening to my conversation was disrespecting their establishment. She then threatened to call the police on us if we didn't leave all because we sat their with almost 30 minutes of nothing just wanting to have our order taken or to at least be assured we would helped. Awful customer service, rude staff, absolutely terrible experience. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would give 0 stars if I could"

"The girl here was so rude working drive through around 3pm oct 24th. First of all we asked if the lobby was open because we knew this was going to need a little patience. Got a rude response there. The lady I was driving asked questions about her order and they responded as if we were stupid with every question. I do not eat tacos so I know nothing about what comes on what so I was no help. Nothing but rude responses from the workers. Once we pulled up to the window the girl literally rolled her eyes at us. NO MATTER WHAT IS GOING ON KEEP YOUR FRUSTRATION TO YOURSELF. The lady who was ordering has mental health issues and the option to come in to have more time was not there. I am disgusted with these young girls and their nasty attitudes. They do not belong in customer service."

"This is normally mine and my husband 's go-to place when we visit the mall, and it 's almost always spot-on. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is always right. The only complaint I really had was that I was under the impression that the pop freeze had Pop Rocks in it, and I didn 't get that impression when we got one from there. (That very well could 've just been my mistake, though)."
