"We arrived on New Years Eve to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. When we arrived they couldn't locate the online reservation that I had made days prior, and my wife had confirmed by phone the day before. The manager came over and suggested we had made the reservation at a different Garduno's location. I showed him my email confirmation and they said they would get a table set up for us as quickly as possible. minutes later we were seated. When the waitress arrived, she seemed put out that she had to wait on us and only provided menus for about half of the people in out party. I'm not sure if she had New Years Eve plans and was trying to get off of work, but her attitude was horrible and the service just as bad. When the food arrived, they realized that they had forgotten to make my order. My plate arrived as everyone else was finishing up their dinner, so I ate about half and took the rest home. We used to enjoy eating at this Gardunos and always had great experiences, but something has changed. Needless to say, based on how we were treated that night, none of our family will ever return to eat there"
