"I was craving pizza and fries today so I decided to try a new pizza place , the fries arrived so soggy and burnt it had to be thrown away. Not only were the fries nasty but the customer service is horrible. Called to speak to someone about the fries and Stevie was so rude . His response was , ?ok what would you like me to do? ? What a way to talk to your customers !!! I will never order from the place again and I will let the staff over at the Brigham to order else where ! It?s one thing to get wet fries but it?s another thing to get a rude response from the staff!!!!"

"The Food is very good the prices are ok .Unfortunately the server was bad he shows no interest in our table also he was not friendly more likely he doesn't realize about how important is the customer service.HOWEVER I CAN GET 10 STARS TO A YOUNG LADY She was cleaning the Tables ,She was very kind and very well educated I am very impressed also my Wife agree on this.Just because of this We gave her a good Tip and for the Server just some money that way he can understand that if he wants a good Tip he needs to show a good attitude to the customers."
