"As a vegetarian, I can say that this place is quite vegetarian-friendly. There are plenty of options available and the food is consistently good. Only issue I've seen is that serving time has become quite long as of late, even going up to 45 minutes at times (even when it isn't overly packed)."

"A must stop whenever I'm in town. Service here is fun, friendly, quick, and professional. Really enjoy the fajita nachos, the beef chimichangas, and the jumbo Texas margaritas on the rocks. El Rods is a VT staple and always worth the visit!"

"I called ahead to order and was very specific and clear in what I wanted to pick up- a veggie burrito with extra salsa. I arrived in 20 minutes at exactly the time I told them and low and behold no burrito in the system . The servers ignored me for 3 minutes walking right by me, the bartender didn 't understand me, and then they were rude when I asked what happened to the order. Overall bad vibes, unhelpful staff, and poor service. Wouldn 't think dining in would be anyyyy different."

"Cancun has been my go to for years now. Ever since I went the first time my freshman year of high school I fell in love with the food, the service, and the employees. Every time I come to the restaurant I am greeted as if I am family and it makes the experience 10x better. The food is unbelievable as well. I’ve tried all of the other Mexican grills in Eau Claire because I’m a die hard Mexican food fan, and nothing has came close to Cancun. One thing that stands out over all of the other restaurants is the cheese dip. You will NOT be disappointed trust me. If your looking for a place to bring any out of town relatives, or bring anyone for their birthday. Trust me! Bring them to Cancun. I absolutely love this place!!!"

"I went there the other night and ordered takeout. I have been to this restaurant a few times and dined in, but this time I was too tired. It cost me about $30 for my fiancée and me. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and they gave us plenty of food for our takeout order. The food was delicious as usual! I highly recommend this place; the service is much better than Sergio's on the other side of the city."
