"The sandwich was delicious and, if you have had their Naked Fries, you are missing out on a great thing. I have never had fries that were so yummy. They are not crispy and they look like flat wedges and they are yummy. I want more just as Im writing this review."

"The Naked Fries Regular and the American Wagyu French Dip 10/10 recommend. Will be getting this meal again... even tho for chub reasons I shouldnt, very worth it. Never had this place before and definitely will be a favorite now. Fries were like something I never tried before! And sandwich was really good! Quality especially good for getting it delivered and my no mayo instruction was followed which is always a relief!!"

"Called in an order at 11:00 to pick up at noon yesterday. The person who took my order was polite and friendly. Our order was exactly how we placed it. And boy was it good! We ordered 2 large Italian Hoagies and 1 large Bobbi. There was plenty for 6 people and we still have one Italian left over. We'll definitely be calling Capriotti's in Springfield again!"

"I will start off by saying this was such a divided review, I was originally going to just order the full Sandwich. If I did their probably would be no review. It was fine everything it said it was and an extra side of sauce. But this time I decided to try the Half Sub and Half Salad and the BBQ chicken in the salad was inedible. It either look undercooked or old or both. I was hoping for something similar to the Cheesecake factory but was extremely disappointed. Glad I ate the half sand 1st."

"The low rating is for quality and taste level. I ordered the homemade turkey. I also added oil and vinegar. There is no moisture or condiment on the bottom bun. The dry turkey starts to dry out your mouth with each bite. I can appreciate real turkey but it's so dry. The coleslaw I added on as an impulse as a reaction to the prompt on the kiosk screen and was surprised that for $4.49 the serving was two 4oz cups. This is the equivalent of a level ice cream scoop or 1/4 measuring cup. The coleslauw was accurate but not above any other store bought coleslaw. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie. When I saw it at the bottom of the bag I could see it had broken into 8 pieces and it crumbled in my hand as I ate it. It tasted like butter, with chocolate chips. I ordered from a ghost kitchen in downtown Portland, a new concept that allows a third party to offer restaurant varieties in which you can buy memu offerings from chain restaurants that don't have a physical location in this market. The food was edible it just wasn't tasty."
