"? On a group trip, my party looked for a place to celebrate our friend's birthday night and called Sushi Nama. We were told immediately that they could take 14. Upon arrival, We were left for 20 minutes without help, as we waited to put our waiter questions over the menu, with only 2 other small parties present in the restaurant. As soon as we have ordered, they rarely returned. We never got water refilled or checked, although we try to signal help a few times. Our waiter was friendly, but they were clearly understated and could not record a group of our size. Half the party got food relatively fast while others waited for Pad Thai up to 2 hours. In all this mess a friend was served with a sesame allergy and inadvertently ate seeds. Several people discussed getting food quickly after 1.5 hours. Our food lasted until after closing and the kitchen staff was very clearly always annoyed to serve us and badly talk about our group to ask for time updates added to our complaints. I understand that serving a large group can be overwhelming, but we would have preferred to tell them that they do not have the resources to serve us so that we would have made better arrangements instead of waiting for 2 hours for our foods with rude service and allergies. In order to add injury insult, there was an automatic 20% tip for our group size (which we would have been more than happy to pay with still average service) and they did not first remove the fee for contaminated foods. Overall we had a very bad experience and our birthday girl remained angry"
