"We were warmly welcomed by the proprietor. Although both propietor and the service staff were eager to please, Palmyra is not a restaurant, it is more like a cafe. There is no no doubt, the food is authentic and delicious Syrian/Middle Eastern cuisine. However, if you are looking for fine dining , this is not the right place. Palmyra is extremely casual befitting students who are on the run and are looking for a fast take out. That said, they are very fast and efficient taking care of their take out orders, but they almost forgot us sitting and waiting for our order to arrive."
