"I've typically enjoyed breakfast and coffee here, but today was the worst experience I've ever had. I asked if the latte machine was working since it can be unreliable. The cashier said yes, and the manager was standing right next to her. I haven't been here in a while, so I asked for a latte. Instead, I was told that I needed to get a cup of ice and bring it back, and that this isn't Starbucks. That was incredibly rude! I'm a Swedish employee, and this is how you treat customers? Unacceptable! I will never return."
