"Square roots just gave us a pick up order with 2 spoiled steaks in our meat gazer bowls smothered in chimichurri sauce to cover it up and the manager, whose literal name is Karen, wanted to argue that she boxed them and they looked fine. She also just checked the meat in the back and it looked fine. Then she refused to replace the meal or refund it even though we offered to bring it back stating she’s the regional manager and there’s no one else for me to talk to. And I’m like I come there at least twice a week. You want to lose a customer like that? She wants to tell me by all means. So we just took a $56 loss because my man even tipped $10 on a pick up and we were still hungry. Between pick up orders and coming in for drinks and food, me and my family have been coming there 2-3 times a week for about 6 months now and we tip very well, but this will make sure we never come back. I want my money back. I know there is someone else I can talk to and would like for someone to reach out. This is a disgusting way to treat your customers."

"This placed reminded me of The Stake and Shake down south...I mean that in a good way because their food is simple but delicious! The cheeseburger I had...oh my goodness tasted like it was fresh off the grill...which it was...! That fresh charred BBQ flavor and sooooo juicy not dry! My husband got the turkey bacon wrap which was also delicious. The fries are perfect!!! Seating wasn't a problem as there's plenty of seating indoor ...outdoors and in the bar area! Our waitress Dorothy was not over intrusive like some can be but checked in with us in a timely and friendly manner. Always with a smile too! Can't wait to come back for that delicious burger and awesome service by staff!"

"We stopped at the Tumbleweed on our drive home, and we walked into the definition of Tex-Mex! From the antler chandeliers to the potted cacti to the country music blaring from the speakers, everything about the restaurant screamed south of the border . Of course, every good Mexican restaurant needs margaritas! Tumbleweed checked that box, as well as offering a full bar with draft beers, hard seltzers, and even full bottles of wine! The hostesses were very friendly and gave us the choice of a table or a booth. Our waitress was outstanding! She remembered all of our orders without having to write them down, and she kept our drinks full. However, there were a couple of problems at the restaurant, which is my reason for deducting 2 stars. 1) The bathrooms were dirty (boxes of paper towels strewn about the counter, grimy floors) 2) The menus were covered in grease, they were sticky, and mine had a spot of dried salsa on one of the pages. Despite these issues, everyone enjoyed their meals. The best part was definitely the chips! They were thin, salty, and packed a nice crunch. The queso was also delicious; we finished a large order in less than 10 minutes! We ordered the hot salsa, and I hardly tasted any spice. I imagine that the mild must taste as bland as ketchup. Our entrees were good--nothing special, but they certainly filled our bellies after a long day of traveling."

"Ordering the Breakfast Baconator was a different experience because when I go to Wendy 's, it is usually for lunch or dinner, and I get a hamburger or a chicken sandwich. I ordered online for a pickup inside after 7 a.m. I used the app to tell them, I am here. When I walked to the door at 7 a.m., it was locked. I thought maybe I put in the app that I would go through the pickup, so I turned around to go to my car, and I heard the door being unlocked. I turned around, and I went inside. After receiving my order of two Breakfast Baconators within a minute of arriving, I went to my car, unwrapped one of them, and looked at it. The sandwich had all the ingredients I expected, but the cheese was not melted, and the sandwich was warm. I ate one of the sandwiches right there. The food was okay, and I would have liked it better if it was hotter. I also had a diet pop with ice in a plastic cup in my car to drink. I ate the other sandwich while driving back home."

"Passing through town 30 minutes before close and I had somewhat low expectations. Just trying to feed the family as we drove back home. Much to my surprise, this was a truly great experience. Keep in mind, this is 9:30pm right before close. There were a LOT of cars in front of us in the drivethru and I was expecting it to take forever. The person taking our order was incredibly pleasant and attentive, repeating back my order each item I added and asking if I needing anything else (I did, multiple times. . The line moved quickly with 5-6 cars processing really quickly. Staff taking payment was very polite and in a great mood. Food was ready right as we got to the window for pickup, which was extra surprising because we had several custom items with condiments. They got our order right and we were out of there in a flash. I forgot to ask for ketchup so I circled back around and the lady at the payment window walked around to get me ketchup so I wouldn’t have to wait as long and seemed genuinely happy to help. Then, the food (burgers, fries, AND nuggets were fresh, hot, and delicious. I eat Wendy’s quite a bit and this still stood out to me as extra tasty. I will say this, when you’ve had a long day and have grumpy, tired, hungry children in the car, I can’t say enough about how this experience helped with the rest of the trip home. Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of us and going above and beyond. Also, my daughter tried the new strawberry frosty and she loved it so much none of the rest of us got to try it. Lol. I’ll try that another time for sure. Thank you Wendy’s!"

"While I did receive a refund, I made it clear to the staff that the issue wasn't just about the money; I wanted someone to take responsibility for this unacceptable situation. I also called corporate and am still waiting to hear back from the district manager of the store. The employees behave as if they are entitled to their jobs and that they are irreplaceable. To be frank, their customer service skills are appalling! They demand $15.00 an hour, which is ironic considering their attitude. One employee even mentioned that no matter what happens after I report this, she would continue to get her nails done regardless of Wendy's policies. This clearly shows a lack of oversight from management, which should be re-evaluated. I know that food establishments have strict hygiene standards, and having well-manicured nails is not acceptable for any employee. It seems they simply don’t care. Overall, this experience has led me to believe that this restaurant should be shut down!"
