"I didn't see my wife, but the general manager Dusty called me this afternoon. The level of professionalism was excellent and there was a genuine spark in our communication. I would definitely visit again. Since we love BJ's, we decided to give them another chance. Thank you. As of 1/25/2022, I have come to the realization that I need to be honest about my experience. I went with my son and was disappointed with the service. It seems like they do not value their customers who are in committed relationships. I hope they can improve in the future. The calzone we ordered had an excessive amount of fat, was flat and barely filled. It was disappointing compared to the calzones at Godfather's."

"It says clearly in Google maps they close at 1amWe arrive 10.50 and they had the sign open we parked right in front of the restaurant and they closed the store. We also tried to order online and it said “store closed” on their website and app. It was going to be our first time in this place but we doubt we will be back.I would recommend changing the store hours on Google."
