My favorite dish was Navratan Korma with its hint of sweetness. We took our extra food home and blended it with plain basmati rice for a tasty 2nd meal."

"Since moving from the northeast, we have tried almost every Indian restaurant in Jacksonville and MAA Kitchen is the best. Everything tastes freshly made, and there are always pleasant surprises. You know its freshly made because the food trickles out piping hot the first 15 minutes after the lucnh buffet opens up. Many times you see the chef carrying out one of the main dishes he just finished. We go for the Sunday lunch buffet as brunch, and there are always a few different dishes that keep it exciting, while the more common dishes are always very well made and reliably yummy. I appreciate that they put signs out for all dishes so you can remember the ones you've liked best."

"Went to eat at their buffet today and absolutely loved it! The food had great variety catering to different tastes and all of it was absolutely delicious! Special mention to the desserts have never had such wonderful desserts at a buffet! Will definitely go again! The staff was very friendly and hospitable too! "Reputed and well known Indian place... but recently began to notice the degradation in quality and service. Book an event for 250 people in rasoi iii....went for food tasting in rasoi ii. Excellent service and food tested much better this time. Very friendly people and service has been improved, I guess it was limited due to weekdays and quantity. Still one of the best names for Indian food. Will definitely visit again soon!!"

"The restaurant had a peaceful ambiance, although the light at our table would flicker on and off sporadically. Despite this, the food was truly exceptional! It was incredibly delicious. Naan was not served with your dinner, extra. Chutneys were extra etc. I have been to many other authentic Mediterranean restaurants and paid less for much more. The website also states they have a lunch buffet and they do not."

"We brought our couple friends with us and ordered 4 meals and paid for all meals. I let the server know that I had a group, she marked it on my phone and didn't take the $20 off the bill... I checked my bank card and the bill went through without the group. No good experience. I don't think the server was good... a creepy person."

"This place has been in Diamond Bar for many years. I first visited this spot around 2006 or so when my older sister first brought me here to try Indian food for the first time.I’ve seen this place change interior I think twice over the times I’ve visited, and it seems like it’s stayed under the same ownership for many years (not sure how many times they did change ownership if ever).I give this place 5 stars because it’s always been consistent taste wise, interior is always clean and well kept, and employees are always kind and super attentive even if it’s 2 people eating at the time. As a former server, I know they put in all this effort to keep people coming back, and they’ve been doing it for over 10 years.I appreciate that they haven’t made sacrifices in the food due to rising costs."

"First time here. We were greeted immediately and seated in a booth. There was a TV on the far wall that was playing what I guess were Indian hit videos. There is an extensive menu that includes a veg or non veg Thali platter, which is not something I see at most Indian restaurants here. We opted for the Dal Tadka, Aloo Matar, garlic Naan, Masala Chai and a Mango Lassi. The chai can be ordered sweet with milk or without sweetener and milk, as you like. It was excellent without either. The Mango lassi was a little sweet for our taste but they usually are it was still really good. But the star of the evening was the food. The Aloo Matar was a platter full of peas with some potato accompaniment, all really tasty. The peas were very firm but not undercooked so we wondered if maybe they use fresh peas and we're just not used to the texture. The Dal was fantastic, especially with the garlic naan. We wanted to try their rice pudding but had eaten ourself full so there was no room. We'll be certain to leave some room for dessert the next time we're here!"
