"We found the Twisted Cork on a visit to Omaha for a birthday celebration. We are so glad we found this place! The food was wonderful and responsibly sourced. Elise was our server and she was knowledgeable and attentive. I frequently have the experience when I travel that people find my gluten sensitivity to be an annoyance in restaurants. Elise made sure that we were well taken care of never gave the impression that she was being put out. Instead, she made us feel welcome and cared for. We enjoyed it so much that we came back for brunch the next morning before leaving town. I would highly recommend this place!"
