"Seated at the bar during Happy Hour. Ordered the cocktail special Pear Martini (x2), the Shrimp Savoy appetizer off the regular menu, and finished with a pour of Taffers as dessert. Also received the chocolate chip cookie gratis.Martini one of my favorites, love the consistency of the drink craft here.Shrimp had been described to me as garlicky and it was certainly that. My apologies after the fact to my seatmates. The four good sized tails were placed on whar originally were toast pieces, but there was a generous amount of the cream over it all, so the bread naturally got rapidly soggy. Still delicious.Cookie As I've come to expect, the portion was substantial. The dessert arrived in its own mini cast iron skillet, and topped with a large dollop of whipped cream. Perfect crispy edges, soft but not mushy middle, chips at the perfect melt consistency. Yummy!Service as always, perfection. Highly recommend the bar for its chummy atmosphere."
