"Not the best customer service. The cashier, when taking my order, did inform me it would take 10 min to make my smoothie since they just received a few orders before me, which was good. So I sat straight outside the door, about 10? away, in plain view through the glass door and windows, in one of their patio chairs for about 15 min waiting. They never informed me my smoothie was ready. I went inside to ask and, sure enough, it was waiting for me in their freezer. So I thought, maybe they didn?t have the personnel and were too busy to come out and let me know. Not so much. 4 people working in there and only 1 customer in the store at the time. I must be getting old. Good service is getting harder to find!"
