"I've had issues with delivery orders from this location before. But tonight took the cake. Ordered the food,50 minutes later doordash delivered it, found a sandwich missing from my order. Attempted to call and was hung up on twice. Drove to Panera, waited behind 2 others missing items, rudely greeted, sandwich made, offered a pastry for my troubles. Refused ability to speak with manager. Open my double steak and white cheddar sandwich upon getting back to my house and found no extra meat, no cheese, no red onion, no horseradish sauce on my sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again."
