"I usually tip waiters or waitresses, but this is the first time I haven't. A customer outside the restaurant warned me not to go inside due to messed up orders and terrible service. The host, wearing shorts and crocs, did not seem presentable. The waitress, although nice, took a long time to bring just two glasses of water and our other drinks took over 30 minutes. The mozzarella sticks were fine, but some were undercooked. The main course had onions despite my request for no onions, and the burger was burnt. The chicken tenders were also undercooked. The waitress seemed to be goofing off with other staff, causing another waitress to cover for her. Overall, it was disappointing and I will not be returning."
