"I?ve enjoyed Barro?s for many years and it?s great pizza. I haven?t had any bad experiences until last night. The delivery driver ?Josh? left the pizza on the ground by my front door. I didn?t realize that the pizza had been sitting on the ground for more than 20 minutes until I called for a status update on the delivery. Apparently there was a misunderstanding that I wanted it left at my front door. This didn?t make any sense, as I had not make such a request, and Barro?s had delivered a pizza by handing it to me about a month ago. Even if I had wanted it left at my door, I wouldn?t have even known it was there. Josh didn?t ring the doorbell, and must have just lightly tapped on the door, as we were inside the house not far from the door and didn?t hear anything. Mistakes happen, and to Barro?s credit, they delivered a replacement pizza. However, when Josh arrived with the new pizza, he clearly had an attitude problem. This time, he rang the doorbell and pounded on the door, put the pizza on the ground again (why? , and hurriedly ran back to his car. I?m not demanding when it comes to customer service but this was just spiteful. I?ll be avoiding delivery from Barro?s in the future."
