"I typically enjoy dining at Panera, but tonight was a disappointment. My sandwich looked as though it had been squished and tossed around. I had to eat it with a fork because it was so messy. I also ordered a banana strawberry smoothie, which is usually a favorite of mine. Despite costing over $7, it had no hint of fruit flavor and tasted unappetizing. Overall, I was very let down by my experience tonight. The prices were high and the food was subpar. I think I will be taking a break from dining at Panera for a while."
