"I tried the app today. Generally, if you do mobile order do this with the intention to shorten time on site when picking up. Instead, Popeye 's on McCain (do not know if all this is done, just know this), do not even start your order until you arrive. A kind of defeat the purpose. The lines for the passage and inside were great, which continued to wait. They have a mobile pick-up sign, but they will participate in all in the line in the register before they talk to you so again, defeating the purpose. The manager said they don't start the commands because people often never show up and the food is wasted. This is thirty of them, except the app requires you to pay for the food before sending the order, even if that is true, the company is not out. Also the commands on the register do NOT show printed out somewhere, and even after the girl alienates to search for mine, she could not find it. Find the manager (and another 10 minutes) and then another 10 minutes to fill it. Overall, not the time I spent downloading and ordering their app, I spent almost 40 minutes waiting for food I ordered more than 30 minutes before arrival. I was told that *somewhere* on the app it *allows* me to *check in*, which tell them I am on site so that they start working on the order. They were extremely busy inside and outside, their workers all moved with a good pace and many orders were filled, just not mine. I would have saved over 20 minutes if I didn't preorder/pay for my meal. I don't know why, but this particular place often forgets the apple cake... I ordered here before (sans app) and on 4 of 6 orders they forgot the desserts despite double examination and questions. If you are unhappy enough to drive before you discover it, they will not give you because they do not know that you are doing something with him or already eat it. The food here is usually better than Kiehl Street location and the atmosphere is more professional than Kiehl, but I am not impressed by the use of the app or the ability to prioritize first paid by those in line."
