"This review concerns issues I've experienced with Qdoba's rewards program and app, and how they're not functioning properly together. Although I won't detail every problem—since that would take too long—I will summarize my main concerns. The rules of the rewards program and the actual rewards reflected in the app often don't match up. For example, I received an email on December 31, 2022, stating it was a triple points day, so we decided to order specifically for that reason, yet we received no triple points. This has happened at least three times. This is something that needs to be addressed by the corporate office. I want to make it clear that my issues are not with this particular location. They were very friendly and did their best to resolve the issues when I brought them up. The corporate team really needs to fix this."
