"Horrible experience at Three60. Be sure to check your bill and be prepared. They automatically charge a 20% gratuity and yet you order and pay at the cash register and there wasn't even water available at the table unless you purchased a bottle.Additionally, we bought a bottle of wine that was on sale for $12.60 to have with our lunch and they charged us a $25.00 corkingfee. How ridiculous. We bought the bottle from them and were eating lunch there. It wasn't like we brought in our own bottle. Totop off our bad experience, there was a black curly hair in our food, which definitely did not below to us. Very gross. We willdefinitely not be returning and highly discourage others from doing so."
