"We frequent this restaurant often and today we received the best service we have ever had!!! Our waiter, Kent, was exceptional!! He has served us multiple times and always remembers our orders perfectly!!! While there are other waiters who are just as good as Kent, he truly stands out from the rest!! He anticipates our needs, such as extra napkins and herbs, and always brings us additional bread!!! We rarely have to ask for anything! Our food is usually great, though there have been a few occasions where we had to send our fish back to be cooked properly, but I understand that mistakes happen in the kitchen! Today, however, was flawless!!! This is the only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating. Occasionally, the fish is overcooked, pasta is cold, needs more sauce, or the noodles are clumped together. It doesn't happen often, but it has occurred. Despite these minor hiccups, I still love coming here and greatly enjoy the service I receive!! Keep up the fantastic work!!! Looking forward to our next meal!!!!"

"I met a friend here for dinner late in the evening. The service started out great but wained when was busy. I believe she was the only server for a whole section. The soup was fantastic, the chicken noodle soup was very delicious fresh and had lots of fresh white meat. I'd also like to mention my experience when I went to the bathroom. One of the employees there mentioned it outloud Jesus was his n I overheard this and corrected him and say don't say something like that publicly. He mentioned that that's his personal relationship with Jesus. As an employee of a restaurant, whatever you think about Jesus should be kept to yourself, especially if it's a racial slur. He went on to proceed to say that he was valid and saying what he was saying in a public restaurant with a uniform. This was so disheartening... And I didn't further comment to him. As a business, you need TRAIN your employees about how their public persona can affect someone who is a customer to the business. Whatever an employee says when in uniform reflects the business."

"They have implemented a new serving style that makes it so much faster to get in and out, no long waiting lines either on Mother's Day at prime time. We were seated in about 10 minutes from arrival. Our food came out quickly using this new serving system and was hot and delicious. We loved our dining experience so much!! We so definitely be back. Our waiter was so nice and friendly too!"

"Went to dinner on a Friday night. When we arrived there was a 20 minute wait which wasn't bad. We were seated and our waitress didn't come to take our drink order for almost 15 minutes. After we received our drinks we placed our entree order. My boyfriend ordered the lobster raviolis, I got the classic trio Chickens Parmesan, lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo) and my daughter ordered the meatballs and spaghetti from the kids menu. As you can see the kids portions are bigger than the adult entrees! Very disappointed in the size of the portions. My boyfriend left hungry. They gave him 9 raviolis $22 meal). My meal was also very small portions $26 meal). While eating our waitress came over to ask if we needed anything else and before I could ask for another refill on my drink she took off. She came back and gave us the check. We waited a half hour for her to return to take payment! Overall we were left disappointed and won't be coming back."

"If you like fresh Italian food than this is the place to go! This was our first time eating at the Murfreesboro location and all I can say is that we had a wonderful experience from the time we entered the restaurant until we left. Our server was extremely nice and even offered to switch my soup if I wasn't happy with my choice (which I was more than happy with: . The lobster ravioli was one of the best, it was fresh and came with a creamy sauce that was both light and amazing. My husband had the mahi wolfe, which just melted in your mouth with an amazing blend of flavor. We will definitely be eating here again in the near future!"

"I could eat her bread. We had a muscle type of appetizer that was pretty good no sand in the shell I was impressed. The salads were good. My steak was ok and I was not a fan of potatoes (but they were healthy, natural, skin in the potato still). I came home after this meal and felt sick, but I'm uncertain why I didn't taste bad, looked bad or smell funny. I'll be back, but as I said, I can eat her bread for days."

"Service: sucked We came in with a party of 7 and have called ahead to make reservations at 5pm. We arrived at 4:50pm and checked in. Our table was not ready so we did not mind waiting. Once we were sat, all of our drink orders were taken except for 1. We didn 't think much of it and they were ok with water. The waiter brought out bread and olive oil and we asked if he could also bring out balsamic vinaigrette he said yes but it was never brought out. We let it go and didn 't think much of it. Once our food orders were taken and brought out everything was good but our waiter hardly came by to ask if we needed drink refills or anything. The restaurant was not that busy either. When he did come by he asked will this be on one bill? And we replied no that we were still working on our food and would most likely be ordering more drinks. He wasn 't very happy about that and left. Once again, he never came back to ask what else we would like so we decided to leave. It was very unfortunate because the food was excellent, and the sangria was delicious. His attitude made our time there a bit sour and took away from our experience. Food: Amazing! The Rigatoni Martino was delicious! I ordered mine with sausage and could seriously eat it forever. So comforting and cheesy. The Caesar salad was excellent, probably one of the best Caesar salads I 've ever had and the black berry sangria was to die for. We ordered a pitcher and it was enough for 7 people. I would definitely go back and just hope for better service."

"John Waite, his staff, and the food couldn't be better! My husband and I have been there several times and have always had fabulous service and even better food. I highly recommend this restaurant as a great place to enjoy a meal. And if you need catering, John and his staff just did two parties that I was involved in. One small gathering at my house we picked up the food and everything was perfect. The other event was for over 350 people at the hospital where I work and once again, everything was great! You can't go wrong with Carrabba's of Canton!"

"Last night I had a reservation for 4 for your 7 fish and wine dinner. We arrived early and told we had to wait. I told the host with the list that we will be at the bar waiting. I went to the hostes and asked if they were ready and she said that they had already opened the seating. When we got to the designated area there were no 4 together seats left due to some people who had reservations for whatever brought extra patrons which caused the problem. But your staff stepped up and made a booth available for the 4 of us. It was perfect the presentation and the meal served by your staff without missing a step. Your manager made sure everything was going well for us. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Merry Christmas and we'll be seeing you soon."

"We decided to stop at a restaurant that had a sign saying "pizza" in the windows. However, when we arrived, we saw that there was no pizza available in the menu. The bartender, who was friendly, explained that the decals were still up even though they no longer served pizza. Additionally, we were disappointed by the small pours in the cocktails. As a result, we ended up going to Chuy's instead. Overall, we were not impressed and it's unlikely that we will return to this restaurant."

"No problems with service here. The staff are quite robotic in doing their job--no smiles, no conversation. Do you want an appetizer? What drink do you want? Ready to order? It would be nice to see someone smile and not be so robotic. I do believe they're doing their best in helping. They're slow on the drink refills when seated at the restaurant. Some additional training can help with that. To the waiters and waitresses, please smile and stop walking around like a zombie robot waiting on tables. My last visit, we ordered a drink that we NEVER got. Maybe we didn't need the drink, but I expect the waiter or waitress to bring what I ordered and NOT what they want is to have. I do believe their recipe has changed for the Chicken Bryan. The sauce and sundried tomatoes tasted really off today. It may be a one off Otherwise, I'd recommend this location."

"eating was pretty good and the prices were also good. for dessert we had the cannoli cake and it was great! we have the simply grilled salmon with brokkoli and cesar salat. I had the prickly pear margarita without the habanero pfeffer and it was quite good for $5 happy hour of the Caesar salad had too much dressing on it. but apart from that, the rest of the food was quite good. I'm back for this Cannoli cake."

"It was disappointing to find out that they did not offer curbside lunch after waiting for 10 minutes and calling in, with a half-hearted apology stating that they do not make the rules. The food was not very tasty (dry chicken and inadequate salad), but despite this, the portions were plentiful and delicious. The quantity of food was so generous that I did not mind when they forgot a salad."
