"First requested to sit in a specific area. The host told us he couldn't sit us there because he just sat someone there. My father informed him that he did not want to sit where he was suggesting and the host said, Well, I don't know what you want me to do about that My father is over 80 NO, he didn't want to sit at a high top at the bar.The philly chesseburger was RAW not medium as requested. The 6 oz sirloin and shrimp skewers was over cooked. Waitress apologized and had it re-done. It came back MORE over cooked. At this point, we just paid and left.The ONLY good experience was the waitress. I don't remember her name but she had dark hair, in a pony tail and was very soft spoken and apologetic.Not really interested in returning. At least the tea was good."

"Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late."

"Great staff here mozzarella sticks was so delicious and cheesy I had to get the orders of them the happy hour is very fair drinks are good I had a Diddy on the beach which was very needed now I'm an about to destroy this Cajun chicken and pasta which I recommend and will be leaving a nice tip for Kayla she was our waitress tonight she is very professional and keeps you smiling I would also recommend her because how hard she works and to keep you satisfied"

"we went to this restaurant specifically because we could join the waiting list before we came there. we picked up the waiting list online, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told, "we don't do it" and that it would be a 45-minute waiting period. if they do not do that, then take this option from open table. Please note. we have not really eaten in this facility, so my reviews for food, service, etc. may not be exact. this review did not allow me to skip the reviews."

"I would like to leave a comment on TGI FRIENDS in Bridgeport WV. First of all, I would like to thank you for having received our family, our time of salvation in our family. You needed so much that we needed this time of unity. For some use it was our first time to visit West Virginia....ever and we really enjoyed our stay. I enjoyed the layout of your restaurant and see the food cooked before use. I am a WING LOVER and salad as well as my food was good and hot my salad was clean and good. My family also enjoys... EVERYBODY we laughed a little, we screamed a little, we even have a little PRAYED. So thank you very much for your GREAT SERVICE. "11-13-22 7:30 pmWas on a date at TGI Friday's on NW expressway nd I had ordered Sizzling chicken and cheese.. I had just took a bite of my loaded mash potatoes... I look down to remove the rest of the chives they put on there when I asked them not to nd notice a roach had been cooked in my potatoes...the manger was on her way back to bring my BBQ sauce. So i showed her nd all she did was apologize nd ask to remake my order then said she was going to take 50% off the order ?hell I don't won't anything by this time...then she went to go tell the GM nd he can nd said he removed the food bt we still had to pay for our drinks SMH I got up nd walked out like I'm not paying for nothing... I felt so disgusting lost my appetite... Very poor management skills"

"I don't typically write reviews for chain restaurants, but I have to make an exception for the Million Dollar Cobb salad at this place. When it arrived, the grilled chicken and dressing were packaged separately. The vegetables were diced finely and the lettuce was incredibly crisp and fresh."

"absolute trash! 70 right in the garbage. i apos;ve never been so disappointed in a food order ever. Al Pastor Bowl not even close to a bowl or what the menu photo looked like was about a tablespoon full of clumped rice and a piece of chicken. tiny slice of avacado and a few kernals of corn. total joke! Loaded Potato Skins looked like they were made hours before and sat. disgusting. Cajun Shrimp Chicken Pasta had 2 shrimp and tasted like freezer burn. side of brocolli came in a single clump, not even something i apos;d consider eating. unless you like throwing in the garbage and going hungry, i apos;d choose somewhere else."

"ordered sour cream and extra sour cream but didnt get any, I did get ranch. burgers were over cooked and burned, chicken strips for chicken were hard as rock on the outside and I pealed the coating off the chicken inside was herd, couldnt chew it. how they expected a child to eat either of these items I dont know, they need a new cook. the skins were poorly put together. very disappointed and I will not be ordering from them again."
