"We were so happy to find Red Lobster on Christmas Day. I always felt bad for people working on these days, so I was disgusting, but when we went to the bar and sat, we were greeted by a very enthusiastic woman who had been with the company for 26 years. I'm sad I don't know her name. (She's a general manager, I think) She was great and very sweet. She didn't even work the bar, but took care of us until Ethan, the bartender, arrived. He was also very good and accommodating. Although it was a holiday, they seemed happy to be there. The restaurant was very busy, but we had great service. We ordered the Calamari for appetizer. We shared the Ultimate Feast (I think this is the name). We had lobsters, shrimp pasta, broccoli, baked potato, crabs and fried shrimps. Everything was great! We just wish you could get more crab meat, but this is just the norm for crabs, I think. There were many people and good people watching. I had white and red wine and he had a few Sam Adams. Really festive. I hope everyone took care of his servers because they did a fantastic job and especially Christmas! They also gave 10.00 vouchers to all who came today to use all month of January. So obviously smart marketing team!"
