"First time dining in the new Centerra promenade area and am happy we chose Bent Fork for date night! Especially as our last, nice date night before our baby boy comes next week. Loved the vibe/ambiance of the restaurant modern but laid back. Tons of seating and space but still busy/bustling for a Friday night as there was a wait to get seated without reservations. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Food was good shared the soup and salad as an appetizer with my husband and they split plates for us without even asking. Clam chowder was yum and the croutons on the Caesar salad are amazing! I got the Buffalo pot roast and my husband got the salmon fish and chips. Both were delicious but just missed a little bit in a couple ways for us sauce on pot roast was a bit too salty though the butternut squash helped take the edge off of that. Overall delicious and a big portion (we both had leftovers of our entrees! just a bit too high of a squash and potato ratio against the buffalo. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips which was also huge, but said the soy sauce in the batter/marinade of the salmon was just a bit overpowering for him. Otherwise, super good I had a piece of his and the fish was perfectly fried, fries were like this perfect in between of steak fries and crispy thinner fries. Coleslaw was not creamy which I prefer. Anyway, I think we will definitely be back to enjoy the small trek away from Fort Collins and try more of the eclectic menu! Loved the variety of choices took me forever to decide."
