"This will be my first and last time dining at this restaurant. We came in before the dinner rush, waited 15 minutes to be seated and was seated at a table closest to the door, which had a lovely draft coming in. We ordered the mozzarella sticks which were great and the only positive to our meal. When trying to order, multiple items were out of stock (it?s 4pm on Saturday and you?re out of stock of a majority of the items you offer? , we finally settled on the ?new? smokehouse burger, ordered our burgers to be cooked medium rare/medium (so some pink with regular fries and sweet potato fries. Our food took over 40 minutes to be brought out to us and my sweet potato fries were missing. Our server stated that those were coming but she didn?t want my burger to be cold, which is fine. Both burgers were lukewarm and over done, cooked to well temperature and the buns were hard and stale. My sweet potato fries were brought out five minutes later, unsalted but hot. While eating my burger, I ripped off a piece and found a short black hair. Gross!! Our server was fine and none of the issues were her fault, but the kitchen here is horrendous and I wouldn?t come here ever again! Also this place is extremely overpriced for what you get!"
