"This location deserve no stars and the health dept need to shut it down! I went there yesterday and ordered in drive thru when I pulled up to that window all I could see was nastiest there was not a spot on the floor that wasn?t covered in trash or food and something wet! The young lady at the window was nice however she dropped something from her hair into the ice and by reflex she automatically put her hands in the ice to pick it out and turned and looked directly at me too see if I saw her and the look of disgust I gave her before I pulled off told her exactly what I was thinking !! I would strongly advice nobody to eat here not even feed it too ur pets !! This place need to be shut down and super deep cleaned and replaced with cleaner employees!!"

"Ordered the 3 piece dark meat with 2 sides meal. The chicken was cold rubber, the fries were tooth breaking hard, and the biscuit was a bunch of big cold crumbs. The only thing decent was the iced tea. Very disappointed and I am not hard to please."

"I'm begging you. Do NOT come here! Don't waste your time. Drive to Hampton, hell drive to Suffolk. You'll get home faster. I thought it was a fluke when I waited 30 minutes one time. It wasn't. "I was never in a bojangles because I didn't live in the south. I ordered a chicken sandwich and lived the taste. I was disappointed, however, that it was sharp. I thought I had ordered the non-spiric version. I would have rated this place a 4 or 5 stars, based solely on food flavor, but the girl that took my order on the car was simply completely uninterested and quite rude. I guess this is for the curs at most fast food sites, but there are fast food sites that require their employees to provide good service. So, I expected all of them to be and keep them all to this bar when they rated them."

"decided to bring my children to dinner. There were 5 of us (our foods have never been cooked so fast). I was planning to sit and wait for a while, but they were looking for them, especially as I could see that they were understaffed. The manager did so well n professional work with a newer gentleman to take my order. All so friendly and the food was so delicious. Also the dining area was super clean! We'll come here more often. "The food was great, but I asked for a big drink with my meal and a small mtn dew on the side to try out the new taste. The guy must have been confused and give me a child's share of the meal, so I have two little things. I'll give it back and ask for my big drink with the meal and he says, "I have to charge you for it and I can't take anything back through the window." I didn't have to give it back and ask for a big one first if it was right... Take care of these things when you go here."

"Mocksville Location. I stopped for breakfast, the dining area was closed, but I drive and eat very well (many years on road training). I ordered two sausage and egg biscuits, a medium-sized bo-round, a big unsweetened tea. The cookies were hot and so delicious, the egg on both sides surpassed the cookie on both sides. I would dare to say that this was one of the better breakfast experiences I had in recent months in a bojangles. My favorite places are now Lexington, Mocksville, Monroe in my travel areas. I will update my list as I find better locations."

"Every single time I order curbside my order is either never brought out to me or they never recieve it...so I have to wait until they make my order over. Don't go there if you're in a rush or on break from work because you will be late. I placed this order at 9:06, I got to the store at 9:13. By 9:34 I was fed up. I went through drive thru and recieve my order. The young lady at the window was very nice and polite. I just wish bojangles would do better."

"The food here is normally good. However, this visit proved disappointing. I was missing a breakfast biscuit, and some joker in the kitchen put a slice of tomato on a sausage biscuit meant for the gravy biscuit. Eating out costs more now with inflation, Iwill be taking my business elsewhere. *This is the 2nd time that my order was missing a biscuit. Is it asking too much toexpect to receive what you paid for? ??"

"The cashier was also the same person getting the food for the customers, while 4 or 5 other employees were tending to the drive thru. The cashier was handling money and NOT wearing any gloves when preparing my food. The food wasn't even warm. The potatoeswere soggy and old tasting. The sandwich was very old tasting. I waited over 25 minutes to receive my order. I only ate itbecause I was very hungry. What a mistake. Will never go to this location again."
