"I usually go here for some food to bring to work without many problems if any at all. However, today was another story. I made an online order so that I can pick it up and bring to work to eat later. I was greeted by one, a male, who likely didn't understand that I had placed my order had the receipt via email for proof even after I said the name on the order. I had to wait for close to 25 minutes before I had to get going to work, and was forced to leave the establishment empty handed. There were other patrons there who likely (couldn't tell for sure, to be fair here) got there after me but got their orders before me. I don't know if the location ever got my order, which makes today's situation more complex despite me having a receipt of the order. I also couldn't tell if they were understaffed, let alone if they were short on items. I will add that it was kind of busy, which doesn't help the situation here."
