"I 've been coming to subway store for years. Most of the time a get good customer service. I had my first ordeal today and i will share in most social networks. Today I came to this store and I ordered my combo meal and my 3 year old child 's meal too. My 3 year old child asked for light ketchup on her ham sandwich. While I was eating, I noticed her disliking her sandwich. I asked her about her sandwich, she said too much ketchup. I tried to removed most of the ketchup ,but she still did not eat it. She tried to eat the ham and could not like her either. I went to the sand ' ' ' preparer and asked her kindly to exchanger for a different sandwich. I explained to to her that sandwich had way too much ketchup and we had said light ketchup. I went on saying that maybe one of the ingredients might have gone bad since my 3 year old did not eat it. Out of the blue, The cashier (who said his name was Ricky or Richy) Said with an attitude tone Whats the problem I am incharge here.I explained to him again my ordeal and he said he could not change it because IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT MY CHILD DID NOT LIKE KETCHUP. We ended up TROWING THE SANDWICH AWAY and leaving the restaurant. We left very disappointed for the lack of customer service and incompetence. IT is clear that they do not care about people, but what really hurt me most and broke my heart was seeing 3 year old stayed hungry . I don 't think of ever coming back to your restaurants. you can keep my money for the meals we left in your restaurant."
