Recommend 100% it’s also waking distance from broadway so it’s a nice place to have dinner when going to watch a show. "we had reservations and sat immediately for our silvester dinner. the smell of the restaurant was muffy and the floors had to be cleaned better. there was no music at all, in which there is a kind of background music, so it was very quiet, and when the people arrived, it was just loud. the television at the bar was tuned to pbs, it would have been nice to have at least one sports field. we got the gnocchi that bought the load and camouflages the red sauce, and the hunch up had absolutely no taste. the captivating alfredo was too dry, and the same tasteless huh. the icy tasted like chlorine. our waitress was nice, and they could see that all employees work hard, but eating and the atmosphere was not what I expected for my very expensive and tasteless silvester meal."

"The experience was absolutely terrible from the moment we got there. First we had to find the host ourselves. I had a party of 20 people and the tables were not even ready even though the restaurant was empty. Our server was very forgetful and had an attitude when we asked him for condiments that came with our meals. Silverware was not on the table, we waited over 30 min for champagne glasses and our drinks. The coffee a friend ordered was cold, everyone’s food was also cold but at that point we were so over it we ate anyways. Oh by the way the food was absolutely terrible. The pork chop was nasty, the waffles were dry, even the eggs were trash. Luckily we were all so happy to see each other we enjoyed ourselves. But this was absolutely the worst experience of my life. The worst part is a lot of us at the table have been servers or hosts ourselves so we were very unimpressed and disappointed in the quality of service. We would never treat our customers this way. We still tipped him again even though gratuity was included because we know how it is. However , hopefully he will read this review and learn from this. You cannot be unorganized and treat people like they don’t matter."

"Sat at the bar for Happy Hour and the cocktails were very good and well priced for Happy Hour. We had dinner reservations and our meal was very nicely prepared and the salmon was excellent. There was a nice wine selection. The ribs as an appetizer were excellent. Would definitely go back!"

"Service was non existent, drinks were not refilled. We were very surprised at lack of service by our server then figured out that gratuity was added so that explains that. We would have tipped above the as my husband and I both waited tables through college but our server was no where to be found except when she brought first drink and then check. Asked if we wanted dessert and we said no and she said she wished we would have got them to up her commission. We were confused by that until we saw the gratuity added. I think that response was rude. The bussers and carvers were great, wish we could have just given them the tip"

"We recently stayed overnight in Silverton and went here twice. The first time was for a few drinks and the second for lunch. The food was average and the wait staff very friendly. The only off putting thing is their politically charged sign in front of the restaurant saying do to government handouts, nobody wants to work anymore referring to the lack of help in their establishment. There is no reason for this type of political statement to come from any establishment that serves the public."

"Such a pleasant surprise we found tonight. We finally visited Cowboy after being on the island for a few years. WHY did we wait so long??? First impression as you walked in the door elegance! We were seated in a nice corner and it created a very personal dining experience. Then the wait staff starting bringing their magic!! DONT waste your appetite on the salad and side fixings (although they were delicious) Save yourself for the delicious selections of meat and grilled pineapple. The experience was a special treat and we will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommend!"
