"Waitstaff was awesome, the restaurant and buffet areas were clean and well appointed. We ate at the original Captain Georges in VA Beach about 20 years ago and the quality of the food matched the price; Not at this location. The crab legs did not crack, in fact they just bent in half. I suppose they were over steamed. The beef on the bar was sub par sirloin with no flavor and appeared to be boiled. Salad bar offerings were very limited. Not many vegetables on the sides bar, I counted 5. 1 bar of steamed seafood and casseroles and 1 bar with fried seafood. Desserts were delicous. Disappointed at the offerings considering the price."
