"This a long one so please read on. I'll start with the good The service was great The portion sizes are large The cook on the steak was accurate All in all The food was okay at best. (5/10) On to the bad Honestly the steak at char house was the tastiestthing on the table. But that isn't saying a lot. The meat of the ribeye was choice grade at best but they did get the cookcorrect so plus points there. I do see now why there aren't prices on the menu that the qr code takes you to because it reallyisn't worth it. There was a lack of seasoning which makes me think that the kitchen was afraid of using any. Almost all the foodwe had was nowhere near how it was described on the menu. This is one of those places that has the same base for all theircurries. The food We started off the experience with stale Papadum which is an Indian crisp and a side of chutneys which tastedwatered down. The chutneys lacked any prominent flavors and they tasted the same if you ate them with your eyes closed, the onlything that set them apart was their color. The achar was definitely not made in house but store bought it actually tasted massproduced. TLDR the amount of food you get is good but the quality is trash. If you're looking for flavorful food give thisplace a hard pass. Especially given how expensive it is. It seems like they are afraid of using spices and seasoning. Theapps The wings (7/10) full wings. only 3 pieces tho (technically 6, 3 flats 3 drums) small but the sauce was good butdefinitely not worth $9. The ceviche (2/10) it lacked flavor and it really should not be served on a crisp. All the moisturewas absorbed by the crisp and what was left was a very dry pile of shrimp and fish. There was no seasoning at all. The seasonedmasala fries. (8/10) seasoned fries which is the most seasoning we experienced the entire night. On to the entree's TheRibeye steak (7/10) the steaks lacked seasoning. We needed to ask for salt and pepper. The saving grace was"

"Went here a couple weeks ago wanted to try something new. On a Saturday at about 1-2 pm. Restaurant was maybe 15-20% full. The front door still had left over tape from one of the signs so that looked awful. Went with someone that used to work in therestaurant and bar industry for 10 years. Sever was really nice and informative although forget her name she could kinda tellwanted to get out of there and apologized. And said was short staffed. But the owner and manager were standing around. She was5/5. Was put at a table near the kitchen and bar. There is a wall with a mirror by the kitchen opening and the 2 tables by itwhich one was being used by the severs with the jackets and purses just out in the open for every to see and use and the otherby I assume the owner with a thing of chewy chocolate chip cookies on it. And thought it looked very unprofessional and how theydon?t have a place for the employees to put there stuff is kinda ridiculous. Anyone could?ve came up and grabbed the purse without anyone noticing or seeing. Food came and they didn?t have any real silverware or clean silverware. So was given plastic, which was mind boggling and thought it was a joke Glad I didn?t get a steak. Then 2 minutes later the owner comes out sits atthe table in front of everyone eating cookies wrapping silver ware. Who knows if she washed her hands. I doubt it. There alsois a fee if you split a meal. Which I get it. But I have never seen that at any restaurant. This place has so much potential andhuge. Just awful ownership and management. And the front door looks like the front of a liquor store with all the posters allover. Also, if it storms they use dish satellite so no sports were on. Food was 4/5. Good portions. About standard price forrestaurants now."

"Our server, Jerry, seemingly tried to scam from each couple in our group. There were couples at our table, each ordered the Prix Fixe dinner (approx. per couple plus a drink). After dinner, it was not unreasonable to request separate checks, especially when the bills were over each. We’ve been there as couples, and separate checks were never an issue, so one additional ticket should not be too much to ask. However, Jerry said "We don't do that here", and said we can pay cash or charge. He took our charge cards and each of us received identical charge slips each. Think about that, two dinners at came to for each couple. We did not receive a detailed receipt to see why, only a total of plus gratuity hand written at which is OVER and an overall total written in at (doesn’t add up). I didn’t see on the menu where it states parties of or more are charged a minimum of Worse yet, he hand wrote a total of which is or over our total before tip. When we asked Jerry why, he got nervous and said his cashier made a mistake, and proceeded to cross out the and correct it to He blamed a cashier, but his handwriting is the same as the original bill, so HE was the “cashier” he attempted to blame. He became very nervous and quickly walked off with the slips. Had we not called him out, he tipped himself over plus another padding (times couples for a tip he wrote for himself). Interesting that he suggested cash payments, which if he is dishonest gives lots of opportunity to manipulate what is taken in cash vs what is actually entered into the cash register. The incident seems premeditated. As for service, we placed our orders at and received our entrees at not justifying a tip. We've gone to Ciera multiple times and have enjoyed the food and service (from John). But with a server that appears dishonest, we will never return"
