"HOMEMADE FOOD! It is always a treat to find a place that makes everything from scratch (as it should be). The homemade potato soup came with a fresh dinner salad, the homemade ranch dressing. The chicken fried steak was made in the rooms NOT frozen out of a box. Even the desserts are homemade (Peach Cobbler, wow) the vanilla ice cream was to die."

"Lovely Sunday brunch at Sunnyside! They were very busy, but to our delight everyone was waiting to sit inside so we were seated almost immediately since we were fine sitting on the patio. They have huge umbrellas and the tables are completely shaded. There was a nice breeze so it was a very comfortable dining experience. Service was good and the food was great. I had the Sunnyside Open Face Omelette and it was scrumptious! Great flavors and very well made. My husband had the Sunnyside Eggs Benedict with bacon on the side. His was delicious and the bacon was perfect. Coffee was great and they even gave my husband an iced tea to-go when we were paying the check. The restaurant is in a great location, and the servers and host were delightful. Highly recommended!"

"Super sweet waitress. We came in right at opening for lunch and they turned the open sign on for us. Quaint little place. Medium quality food prepared with great care and a flare of their own flavor. Not a place I would frequent due to sit down and wait style but nice atmosphere and super friendly staff."

"Don’t bother coming here. Food is terrible, what a waste of time and . Pork chops dry and overcooked, clam chowder had HUGE pieces of potato and no clam. Veggie looked like they came from a frozen bag. Sweet waitress but belonged in Burger King."
