"chef gaccione has made a very nice work to open a raised new american restaurant in madison. my fiancée and I came here for the brunch last week. we arrived shortly after the opening and were among the first to arrive for the day. they have made a fantastic job that rennovates the restaurant, it is very open, but still intimate. eating is very tasty, even a little expensive, especially for brunch. I had chickens, she had an salate and suppe. all main courses were delicious! I have always loved chickens and waffels, and these youngs do it right! the chicken is crispy, a tad spicy, but also sweet. the waffel is sweet potato and is more savory. to dessert we had the pineapple cake that left a little to wish. Especially since it was $10. we ate in the other restaurant of chef gaccione in morristown, south pine. the menu is very similar. (almost too similar. I would like to see a certain variety, but please do not take my chickens away) we will definitely try the dinner menu again, as it seems to be very popular later on the day. very excited to see this place in the inner city of madison!"
