"Absolutely the worst sushi and costumer service. First off, the sushi and rice was freezing cold, clearly pre-made and stored for sale. In no way shape or form is this freshly made sushi. Second, the sushi rice (I am using that term very loosely) had no flavor, no salt, rice vinegar or any indication it was prepared by someone trained in making sushi. The roll (crazy roll) was packed tight like the 1 train during rush hour. The rice was smashed and looked more like a paste. Now let 's get to taste. It smelled and tasted like fish. Not a oh it 's the ocean smell but a hey buddy I 'm a fish and I 've been dead for a long time and I 'm going to make you regret this kind of smell. The piece I unfortunately ingested was bland except for the Jersey shore smell. That 's when the real fun started and I had to argue with the staff to return my order because we ate one piece. They literally stood there and counted pieces while I told them they should never serve anything like that. They refused to refund the purchase for over ten minutes because, again, I ate a piece. WTF?? What restaurant does that? Did they think I was a criminal Mastermind and I just take a bite of food from revert restaurant and return the food ? Profit?? If it weren 't for clueless tourists, this place would have shut down years ago. Horrible."
