"The food was great, but our waitress Amber was absolutely terrible. I left the table back to the Ritz to get my ID out of the room. I understand, but how she treated us was unacceptable. My father sweated and had to take off and strip to his undershirt. She refused to shut down the heaters. She ruined our food. A stay at this hotel should be a 5-star experience for what we were accused of. We dined in all other Ritz restaurants and have excellent experiences. Amber should reassess whether she wants to be in a 5-star hotel in the service industry."

"Food was exceptional quality. All seafood flown in directly from Japan. Wagyu also fantastic. Staff did a great job explaining certain dishes and helping us pick a perfect sake to accommodate the meal. Wonderful place for a business dinner."

"Went there on a whim. Heard about their fireplace and how cozy it was, wasn't disappointed. Talkative personable female bartender, generous pours and good music. Friendly clientele, not the grungy homeless guy or ghetto fabulous trying to pick up or bother you. Great for a friends get together or a drink to yourself."
