"Our server was horrible and gave herself auto-gratuity of 18%. We were a two top that came in at 7:30 PM, it was not that busy. She came to the table twice the entire time. We had to flag her down after waiting nearly 30 minutes to locate her. The views are great I would consider going back again for a drink at the bar but wouldn’t eat there again. My friend and I both used to be servers bartenders, we get it can get busy certainly would have understood if we were a larger party. But we likely would have tipped 18% still, just disappointed in her using auto gratuity to cover her incredibly poor service."

"I had a disappointing experience at Middles Lounge this weekend. The staff were unwelcoming and seemed to silence people of color, which was really off-putting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It was meant to be a fun outing with friends, but that experience overshadowed it all."
