"Went there with a tour group. We had to wait an hour between courses. The food was good but the portions humorous. All is served family style. Allotted portions were approximately one ravioli , one third of precut chicken breast; well you can see how the meal went. Service very poor ranging from trying hard to down right rude."

"We love Buca’s but were disappointed this time. Waited for an hour for the restaurant to let us know the food was ready. Eventually we just showed up. Everything was cold. I guess they forgot to notify us to pickup."
