"If you are looking for an authentic southern BBQ then look no further. Hambone's cooks their brisket perfectly, they use top quality beef cuts so they start off right with the best ingredients. The brisket is cooked/smoked for 12 hours and is absolutely delicious with a good bark on it. Don't look any further if you want the best brisket around. Their pulled pork is amazing as well. They make their own sauces and they are spot on for flavor and texture. Overall, their food meets or beats your southern BBQ desires. We ordered brisket for a catered event as well and everyone at the party had only good things to say about it. The restaurant interior is comfortable with some flat screen TV's to watch sports.
