"My family and I are regular customers at this restaurant. Although the food quality can sometimes be excellent, I am often disappointed by poor preparation or mistakes. The overall experience depends on who is working that day. The prices are on the higher side because they use high-quality ingredients, but it is disappointing to be charged premium prices when the preparation is subpar. During my current visit, a high school girl is struggling to correct my order and charge me correctly, taking up to 10 minutes. It would be simpler if the owner or manager were present. Unfortunately, this restaurant is part of a small chain and the thoughtful owner is not always there. They eventually fixed my order as best as they could, but it is frustrating to support a local business when you are unsure if your $14 burrito will be as expected. Overall, the service was rated 1 out of 5, food quality 3 out of 5, and atmosphere 3 out of 5. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20 for lunch."
