"Broken Yolk Cafe is very good and has great service even if they are busy. I ordered the El Fuego Omelett, it had spicy chorizo, Jalapeños, Jack cheese and over it was salsa fresca and guacamole, very delicious. Your pancakes are amazing. The chicken and waffle Benedict along with the Classic Eggs Benedict was ok, it came with a roasted English muffin with Canadian bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Her biscuit Gravy were rough, the Gravy tasted nothing like Gravy, the court looked good, but that wasn't great. Her children cheeseburgers and sweet potatoes fries were delicious. Although all dishes were not great, I would still go back to try different options."
