"i recently visited Radford Sharkeys and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with the staff. The service was lacking in several areas, with the staff appearing disinterested and unwelcoming. Despite the restaurant 's busy atmosphere, there seemed to be a lack of attention to customer service, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. Moreover, it appears that these issues may stem from the management and ownership. Effective leadership is crucial in creating a positive work environment and ensuring that staff are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. It 's disappointing to see a lack of engagement and support from the owner, as this can significantly impact the overall experience for customers. "A delightful atmosphere, BIG taste in a little town! While I 'm personally partial to the ribs (a must have) the no name burger and the cranny pattie, this restaurant has a dish for every taste. I would comment further on this review, but I 'm at Sharkeys happy hour, and there 's blood in the water and by blood , I mean bangin happy hour deals cause sharks and stuff, and I dont know the metaphor fell apart but it 's a pretty awesome place to go. One might even say it 's where good friends go!"
