"We came here for lunch with two friends who were new to Indian food. For the quality of Indian food served, I'm a bit surprised that there weren't other customers dining onsite. We ordered the samosas, pakoras, basmati rice, butter naan, roti, dal makhani, aloo jeera, and chicken tikka masala. We appreciated their help to make all the food mild, i.e., heat, not flavor.THE GOOD: Food was delicious and not oily like many Indian restaurants on Devon. Staff and service were great and patient with us as we decided on our food options. The aloo jeera was one of my favorites; I loved how much cumin they put in the dish and need to try doing that myself at home.THE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: Some dishes, especially the aloo jeera, had a bit too much salt for our palate. The whole wheat roti (chapati) is a bit atypical of what you'd find at home; fairly thick). And, samosas could use a bit more flavoring with spices; if some of that aloo jeera dish went inside the samosa wowzers! Thanks for a fun experience!"
