"I would love to be able to eat here but the staff doesn't seem knowledgeable about their own products. I am allergic to gluten and lactose. My first time a woman went over all the items w me and asked the kitchen lots if questions. The second time I order the item and am told the sauce has gluten. So I leave it off. I order the third time and things go fine. This time I order and the woman tells me the rice has gluten in it!!!! It is already so hard to eat out with my limitations. I have been diligent at this place. I would love for someone who knows what is actually in the food at nooki to reach out to me and verify what foods are gluten and lactose free. But it would be even better if you could have a menu available for guests and staff."
