"Great bagels. Great coffee. Although I was expecting super thin bagels like I have had in Montreal I was actually pleasantly surprised that these bagels sit in girth somewhere between the fatty NYC style bagels and the too thin to hold anything true Montreal style. The bagels do have that unique chewy on the inside, crunchy on the outside NYC bagel consistency that everyone craves, but with an added something that comes from being wood fire baked. The eggs on the breakfast bagels are cooked perfectly, hand done, without that overly fluffy cooked in a microwave feel that too many NYC bagel places have. I'd take these over much vaunted places like absolute bagel anytime, and as an added bonus there is no line!"
