"I love their food. Cheese biscuits are our families favorite. I do wish the pork ribs were much more soft and not red pink inside still but they said that’s how they come out. If the ribs were “fall out the bone” soft I would buy more often. I ordered 3 baked potatoes and were very small. They mentioned they have smaller ones so I thought maybe they confused my order, but no unfortunately I had the regular baked potato. Too small with very little of ingredients inside. "ANNEX I had some friends from Korea coming visit with their fantastic new 1 year old. Drew was our waiter and was not only welcoming, but also accommodating. I ordered a loaded baked potato with Brisket. My husband ordered Mac and cheese with Brisket upstairs. My two daughters ordered catfish, my friend ordered the smoked turkey and his wife ordered the brisket. Overall, the food was good. Drew even made a fresh coffee because I really wanted some. Good support staff and good service. Drew also tends the bar. I had a gin and tonic before. It was on site. Thank you. Drew a great success for our celebration of long-term friendship and two birthdays. That was my left overs in the pictures. The cheese bread given on arrival is great."

"Fantastic food, but the service needs some work. I went twice while on a business trip (the "cheese biscuits" are crazy) and both times large people had helped me out and non-so-large people. Ultimately, this chain has excellent food and it sounds as if its management team works with the staff to be the service up to the same bar. Recommend the onion rings with your grill!"

"Came during lunch on a weekday not busy at all, which I liked. Got a brisket sandwich, which was great! Everything was so freaking yummy. The collard greens, Mac and cheese and fries were so good. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich. AMAZING HE SAID! Decently priced for lunch but kinda overly priced for dinner items if you want that real BBQ! Speedy and talkative staff. Good customer service!"

"Really good stuff. Smoked turkey was a real stand-out. Tender and flavorful. Paired really nicely with the white sauce. Ribs were also great. Tender, smoky and a even a little sweet without sauce. Sides were amazing too. Mac and cheese was top notch. Look at the picture attached and you will be able to tell why. Collards were also great and of course the cheese biscuits were amazing. Waitress was very attentive and friendly. Whether you want a hardy, filling dinner or a light and lean lunch, you can't go wrong here."

"This jewel of smoked meats deserves far more than 5 stars. I am 57 years old, and folks, this is THE best bbq chicken and turkey that I have ever had the privilege to taste in my food filled years. The cheese muffins were crisp and tangy a perfect premeal treat. All 3 sauces, mild, hot, and the white, are so far above the taste and quality of the other bbq places that I have tasted. All just slap dab delicious. We also loved the choice of regular, whole wheat, or sour dough bread. The added pickles were masterpieces in themselves. And the mac n cheese just like Grandma Pearl's, creamy with what I would guess is red rind rat cheese. We will be back. Like toniight for supper. Ask for Kayla she is the best!"

"I ordered a family meal from this location this past weekend. Once I arrived home and opened the bag I realized the ribs I ordered were not in there. I live almost an hour away from this location so I was rather upset. I called and spoke with the manager Kayla. She quickly offered to rectify the discrepancy by bringing delivering the missing item to my home. It was definitely above and beyond what I expected and greatly appreciated. "This restaurant offers a truly heavenly dining experience that will leave you licking your fingers for days. There isn't enough space to fully describe the whole experience, but let me just say that I enjoyed it twice in the last 24 hours—I'm completely hooked! The wait of 20-25 minutes for freshly sliced smoky brisket, chicken, ribs, or turkey is absolutely worth it. Honestly, I wouldn't mind waiting an hour as long as the food is just as delicious as I remember it! You asked for pictures? Well, I don't have any because everything was devoured too quickly. "The cheddar biscuits are AMAZING. Had I stopped there, this would have been a 5 star review. However...the corn on the cob was very bland. The BBQ sauce tasted more like ketchup than BBQ sauce. The brisket was juicy, so that was good. The fruit cup, some of it tasted like onions. Also, when I asked what was in the deviled eggs (I have a huge aversion to bell peppers), nobody could tell me what was in them."

"That was good. the service was absolutely five stars. eating was at best two stars.
