"The lack of situational awareness in this establishment is outstanding. We ordered our food at the counter and waited 10 minutes. With two employees a couple orders ahead and online orders… understandable but there should be a third employee during busy shifts. WITH THAT SAID, they forgot part of our order so I drove back and waited for them to make the missing part. When I arrived at the counter they acted like I wasn’t just there and I waited another 5 minutes for the missing items. Once I got back home and finally sat down to eat THEY GOT THE TAQUITOS WRONG. I have zero desire to drive back for a second time so I’m settling for two instead on three. Also y’all’s guacamole is mashed avocado. There’s no salt, pepper, onion, cilantro, or lime juice. AND THE GUAC IS AN UPGRADE. The included salsa tastes better than the price increased mush. The best part of the taquito is the spicy sauce. We paid an upwards of $30 for disappointment Safe to say we will not be coming back."
