"The bathroom was clean and was properly stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels (enough for the use of my party at least—I didn’t notice if there were extra toilet rolls or paper towels available). I appreciated that there was a step stool for my four-year-old to use. Even the corner of the counter had been cut to a 45-degree angle to afford more space for traffic in the ladies’ room and to prevent bruised hips! There were many people waiting on food when I entered the restroom, as well as multiple lines of cars outside (it was around 1 p.m. on a Thursday), but by the time I came out of the restroom, all orders for those waiting inside had apparently been filled since it was suddenly empty. I had zero wait time! The cashier listened well, and I didn’t have to repeat anything. She did seek clarification when I said I wanted two kid’s nugget meals that I wanted fried nuggets and french fries rather than grilled nuggets and some other side. I asked for a milk shake to split between my two sons and an extra cup and lid for that purpose. She wasn’t sure how to ring it up “properly” but figured out a work-around herself, without help, of coupling the milkshake to one meal and a water to another. I was pleased when she didn’t give me the extra water that I didn’t want but simply used it as a placeholder. She even put two cherries on the milkshake since she knew I was splitting it. When another server handed me my food (to go), he asked if I had straws and grabbed some for me, even though they were only a few feet away from us. It was very kind. Service like this is why Chick-fil-A is thriving—and why I am a happy customer! Thanks, CFA!"
