"If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would. My shrimp pho was sooo good this was my first visit here ... I came on my lunch the lady who rung me up was super sweet and my order was fast ... I will be back very soon.... Excellent"

"Do not go here!!! They are so rude! From the beginning the staff here was rude and I asked for water while I looked at the menu but they never brought it to me until I got my food. I even ordered a combination BEAN PUDDING. They do not speak English well and they charged me for combination beef plate! They told me they could not give me a refund and they went on to lecture me about how I ordered my food. I had to take out the menu and I pointed at what I wanted and I even said #99 and they said “why didn’t you just say 99” I don’t have to justify myself if I said combination bean pudding when it is right next to #99. That is how they labeled it and it is the same thing as saying the number. I ordered it like that since all I remembered was the name and not the number. They kept repeating themselves that I should have said something sooner and I told them that one I received the order I saw it wasn’t a bean pudding and he kept getting mad. I just told them to hurry up and make my order so I could leave and they even had me waiting so long for that. I should have just kept their combination beef as well. Also the food wasn’t even that great. Part of my noodles were not cooked all the way but I had just left those parts out of my plate when I had eaten."
