"I called ahead to order two Acai bowls and paid over the phone. When I went to pick up my order on my lunch break, I was completely ignored while others were served. After 10 minutes of waiting, I finally got the attention of one of the girls working there. When I told her my name and order, she asked if I had paid for it. I confirmed that I had already paid over the phone, but still had to wait an additional two minutes for her to check. By the time I returned to work, I was late and had lost my appetite. This experience was humiliating and made me feel very uncomfortable, especially since I have been a customer for four years."
